Crossings Camp @ JCreek
June 7th-11th, 2024

CAMP INFO:

For students completing 6th-12th grades, this 5-day summer camp has been a student favorite for years!  Not only is there fun and adventure around every corner, but there is also solid, biblical teaching and vibrant worship.  Crossings Camp at Jonathan Creek (JCreek) is located in Marshall County on the shores of Kentucky Lake in western KY.  It's a great place for your student to engage with the gospel like never before.  Experience high-energy and premium activities in a fun-filled, gospel-focused, distraction-free environment that your student will love.  This summer, we will be lodging in the newly remodeled Gray Motel.  Learn more about Crossings Camp, a typical daily schedule, and the available POI (Points of Interest) activities here.


Our goal is to take 60 people total to Crossings Camp-- including 10 adult leaders for a 1 to 5 ratio.  All adult leaders will have passed a thorough background check.

When:

Check-In:  Arrive to South Church at 12 Noon EST on Friday June 7th, 2024.  Please eat lunch before you come!

Return:  Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 @TBA but usually between lunch and early afternoon.

​

Cost:

  • $202 per student  (The true cost of camp is $403 per person before fundraising, etc. but you'll never pay that! We are believing with full faith that God will provide the other 25-50% of the finances.)  Cost includes lodging, meals, transportation, activities, camp t-shirt, etc.​

  • A sponsorship (financial assistance) is available but priority is given to active LPSM students. Please make certain to check this box on the online LPSM Camp Permission Slip if you are requesting assistance.

*After 9/1/23, once completed for the 2023-2024 school year, the last 3 forms are good for any trip/event and do not have to be filled out again until after 8/31/24.

Registration = Permission Slip + Deposit

  • There are only 50 student spots available. Spots are first come first serve with active LPSM students getting first dibs.

  • Priority Registration:  Open for "Active" LPSM students only until Sunday December 10th, 2023.

    • Requires both a deposit of $75 and a completed online LPSM Camp Permission Slip.  Note, your spot is not secured until the deposit is made.

    • For this trip, an "active" student means they have attended at least one night of IMPACT between 11/1/23 and 12/10/23.

  • Open Registration: Begins on 12/11/23, pending any available spots remaining, for inactive students, late comers, and guests until 2/4/24.

    • Both a deposit of $75 and a completed online LPSM Camp Permission Slip are due by Sunday February 4th, 2024.  Note, your spot is not secured until the deposit is made.

      • If you are an inactive student or guest, and you register during priority registration, your spot is not guaranteed and you will still be placed on the waitlist for the second round.

Payment Schedule:

  • Sunday Dec. 10th, 2023:  Priority Registration Ends and Deposits of $75 due for active students.

    • This payment becomes non-refundable after Feb. 4th, 2024.​

  • Sunday Feb. 4th, 2024:  Second Round Registration Ends and non-refundable deposits of $75 due.

  • Sunday May 5th, 2024:  Final balance of $127 AND ALL REQUIRED LPSM FORMS DUE!

    • This payment becomes non-refundable after May 22nd, 2024.
