We can't wait to Worship with you
At South Church, we believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God, and we’re building our lives on it. Whether you're exploring faith or coming back to church after a long time, we’d love to walk with you.
I’m New, What Should I Expect?
We know visiting a church for the first time can feel intimidating. Here's what you can expect when you join us at South:
What is it like?
You’ll find a casual, welcoming environment where people are friendly and genuine. Our worship includes biblically grounded teaching, modern music with Christ-centered lyrics, and a message that connects God’s Word to everyday life. The service lasts about an hour.
Where do I sit?
Anywhere you’d like! There’s no reserved seating at South Church — just open doors and friendly faces. Whether you prefer to sit in the back, up front, or somewhere in the middle, you’ll be welcome. If you’re not sure where to go, a greeter or usher will be happy to help you find a comfortable spot.
What about my kids?
We love families and we’re passionate about creating a safe, age-appropriate place where your children can learn about Jesus. Our Fuel Kids ministry offers fun, gospel-focused programming for infants through 5th grade during the service. Volunteers are background-checked and trained.
Do You Have A Nursery?
We believe even the littlest ones matter deeply to God. Our nursery is a safe, clean, and nurturing environment designed for infants and toddlers (birth–2 years). Caring volunteers, all background-checked and trained (as our all volunteers working with anyone under 18), are ready to love and care for your child while you attend worship. Our goal is simple: to create a peaceful space where your child is cared for, and you can worship with confidence and peace of mind.
Where do I park?
Please feel free to use any available spot. We have multiple paved parking lots, and an overflow gravel lot around back.
What do I wear?
Come as you are. You’ll see jeans, boots, polos, dresses, and the occasional tie. There’s no dress code, just real people gathering to worship a real Savior.
How can I get connected?
One of the best ways to connect is to fill out a Connect Card or talk to a staff member or volunteer, we’d love to hear your story and help you take a next step, whether that’s joining a group, serving, or simply learning more.
Anything else I should know?
We don’t expect you to have it all together. None of us do. South Church is full of people who’ve been through real life and found real hope in Jesus. If you're looking for a place to explore faith, ask honest questions, and find a community to grow with. you’re invited.
